Pools
Regency has two pools. The  community pools are located in Cambridge and Danbury neighborhoods. Access to the pools is controlled by fobs issued by the HOA.

Tennis Court:
Cambridge tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.  Reservations are not available.  If someone is waiting to play, you must limit play to one hour.

​Tot Lot
​The tot lot is located beside the Danbury pool. 
​

Ponds:
The two ponds are for the residents of the Regency Communities.
Any fish caught in the ponds must be released.

Pergola:
There is a community pergola with a picnic table for community use; this is located in the Sherwood neighborhood on Lady Marian Lane.
