PoolS at Danbury and Cambridge
Access Cards/ Fobs
Each family may obtain a maximum of three (3) access fobs. Regency residents who are current with their quarterly assessments may obtain access fobs. Failure to pay your Homeowner Association assessments in a timely manner will result in your access fobs being deactivated until your account is current. Do not throw your fobs away at the end of the season. They will be reactivated each season. Unguarded Pool Hours Request
Each homeowner's fob will be activated for guarded hours only. If you wish to access the pools during unguarded hours, you must complete the unguarded hours access waiver. The form is available by web form and printed PDF (must be scanned and sent to Elite). Your fob will be reprogrammed accordingly within 48 business hours.

Pool Management
Our pool is managed by AMG.
Rules All of our pool rules are important. Two commonly overlooked rules are that absolutely no glass is allowed anywhere inside the pool fence. Broken glass near the pool requires the pool to be drained, scrubbed, inspected, and re-filled. This is a process which costs more than $1000 and requires the pool be closed for several days.
Another overlooked rule is that no child 3 years of age or younger will be permitted to enter the pool facilities without wearing a swim diaper and rubber pants (see below under "Swim Pants"). Here is a quick way to order rubber swim pants. Please note that these are REQUIRED before your child can enter the pool!
The lifeguards will ask you to leave if you are breaking any of our pool rules, so it is important that you familiarize yourself and your household with them. Please carefully review them.
Swim Lessons
No swim instruction or lessons may occur at the HOA pools unless pre-approved in writing by the Board. Gaining approval requires registering, providing schedules, and providing proof of insurance. To obtain approval, contact our HOA community manager. If you are taking lessons from a neighbor, contact our community manager to verify that the instructor is approved and has the proper insurance.
Pool Parties
You may not have a party of more than 10 people without first obtaining special permission for a pool party. Parties may only be scheduled during normal pool operating hours and may not be scheduled during swim meets or community-wide socials. For pool parties please contact the HOA community manager.
NOTES: The pool is vacuumed on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. All residents must exit when necessary to allow pool maintenance.
