HOA Management Announcement 07/09/2019
In January the Regency Communities HOA Board performed an assessment of services needed for our community to run smoothly and the services currently being provided by CAS, our HOA management company. As a result, we discovered there was an opportunity to provide those needed services to the residents of our community.
After interviewing four companies and a unanimous vote the board is happy to announce we changing property management companies from CAS Inc. to Elite Management Professionals AAMC (Elite).
This official announcement was made by our President Colin Devine at the 7/9/2019 open board meeting.
The Board is working closely with Elite to provide a timely and seamless transition. The change will take effect on 8/1/2019.
In a few days you will receive additional information from Elite in your mailbox.

FAQ
Q: Will my dues go up?
A: No, this change will not cause quarterly dues will not go up.
Q: Why are you making this change now?
A: After the board preformed the assessment of the services that are necessary to run and operate our community efficiently the first choice was to have a discussion with CAS. CAS was not able to provide those services at this time.
Q: Why did the Board choose Elite?
A: Staying with CAS was the first option and one that we were working on. In tandem with that effort the Board identified seven potential management companies, five replied to our RFP. One company could not take us on in the timeframe necessary. With the remaining four companies, we interviewed, read the contracts, and called the references. After a complete analysis The Board unanimously decided to choose Elite based on cost, range of services offered, professionalism, experience, and a proven track record.
Q: How long is the contract for?
A: All companies offered the same contract time frame. This contract expires 31 December 2020.
